Problem
Q: How do I delete Cookies and what are they?
Cookies are a way that web sites can leave information on your computer that they can use when you return to their site.
Step 1: Click on the Tools Menu, and then the Internet Options item.
Step 2: In "Browsing history", click on the Delete... button.
Step 3: Click on Delete cookies...
Q: I accidentally deleted my Recycle Bin in Vista. How do I get it back?
Step 1: Click on 'Control Panel' and click on the 'Personalization Options'
Step 2: Then at the top left of the window click on 'Change Desktop Icons'
Step 3: Click the Recycle Bin checkbox, click OK, and your Recycle Bin should reappear on the desktop.
Q: Do I need a Firewall and if so what one?
Definitely, is the answer! Its very dangerous to surf the web, download and open up attachments unless you know exactly what your doing on the internet. There are millions of threats out there and you don't want to be caught 'naked' on the internet. There are many Firewalls avalible out there and most Anti-Virus's install one for you but the most common in the Windows Firewall.
To check to see if the Firewall is on then follow these steps.
Step 1: Click on 'Start' and then click on 'Control Panel'
Step 2: Click on 'Windows Firewall' and then click on 'On (Recommended)'
